Shane Davenport brings over 20 years of experience coaching and developing athletes across the high school, collegiate, and professional levels. As a leader in athlete assessment and training-system design, he combines hands-on coaching expertise with data-driven evaluation tools to improve performance outcomes. His work with IsoDyn and CSI centers on advancing isometric testing and integrating force plate technology into practical applications that meet real-world demands of sport performance and rehab professionals.

Sean Smith has over 20 years of coaching experience and has been running high-performance training environments and overseeing day-to-day operations at Exceed since 2013. On top of coaching, he oversees facility operations, staffing, scheduling, and client relations. As primary liaison to our manufacturing partner, he also coordinates the production and destination process making sure there is a smooth operational flow across the business.

Ryan Davenport is a senior executive with the Miami Marlins and has nearly two decades of experience leading sales, service, and fan-engagement operations across major professional sports organizations (NFL, MLB, NBA, MLS).  His background in driving revenue, building customer-centric service systems, and scaling high-performance sales teams helps guide CSI’s approach to selling and supporting performance technology for professional and collegiate programs.

Chris Colabello is a former MLB first baseman/outfielder for the Minnesota Twins and Toronto Blue Jays and now a leading voice in baseball technology through his work with Pelotero, a data-driven platform for swing metrics, athlete assessments, and customizable programming for players and teams.  His experience on both the playing and technology sides of the sport provides a unique perspective on how testing integrates with athlete performance. His work at Pelotero gives him a mix of credibility and technical insight that makes him the ideal person to run marketing and operations for a performance-technology company.
